covid-19: Shipping may be slower than usual as Post offices are working with reduced staff and postal services throughout the world, particularly to/from the USA, have been greatly disrupted. Royal Mail prices have also risen, due to reduced availability of flights etc.

Delivery:
Orders are normally despatched on day of ordering and sent by 2nd class Royal Mail or Airmail. An email will be sent to confirm despatch.
Shipping/Postage Prices:
UK: The Post Office have dramatically increased their parcel costs, after much heartache, I've been forced to charge £1.40 for CDs and Annuals now £3.10 per copy.
- USA is approx $7 for Airmail of a CD
- or $22 for 5 CDs
- EU is approx €4.5 for Airmail of a CD
- or €9 for 5 CDs
Insurance:
We recommend you opt for 'Tracking + Signature' on International parcels over ~£30/$35/€35, as this also includes additional compensation in the event of damage/loss. Contact us for details if the option is not displayed at checkout.
Duties and Taxes:
We do not charge UK VAT as our turnover is less than the threshold. However, you are required to pay any duties & taxes charged by the government in your respective country; we post/ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
